This 5-bedroom, 6 bathrooms property is appointed with a one-of-a kind rooftop terrace, exquisite finishes and furniture throughout, heating and cooling pool, hot tub, boat dock, 2 terraces, Sonos system, outdoor kitchen and much more. Perfectly located on a private and gated Island community, less than 10-minute drive to the beach and 20-minute drive to the best of Miami Beach shopping and entertainment.

For your comfort, we provide the following: 

• The villa is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels 
• Welcome amenity provided upon check-in to include bottle of wine, small shower gel for your first night, 2 oz hand sanitizer, and original Nespresso capsules for your first day 
• We personally greet all our guests upon arrival and departure to give you a tour of the villa and an orientation of the home and area 
• Free Wi-Fi 
• Sonos System
• There are 7 TV’s in this home which are located in every bedroom, living and lounge area.  The living room has an 85” TV.  We offer HBO, Showtime, sports channels and more. All TVs are smart TVs with access to Netflix. 
• Wire internet available for business meetings 
• One crib and booster chair available upon request
• The pool company comes once a week to clean the pool, usually on Wednesday, mid-day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks, usually in the morning
• Additional Housekeeping can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information. We require an additional cleaning for stays over seven days to maintain the quality of the villa. 
• We welcome small pets up to 15lbs

Rental Policies: 

• You must be a minimum of 25 years old in order to book our Villa 
• Check-in time: 4PM, check-out time: 11AM 
• Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 
• No parties, no drugs, no exception. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the Guest and the Guests party, pursuant to § 82.045 Fla. Stat. (2018). Please refer to the house rules on the rental agreement 
• No RVs and no commercial vehicles allowed to park. 
• We do not work with agents and the house may not be advertised anywhere without the express written permission of management/owners. No sub-renting allowed. 
• Our Villas are non-smoking.  Smoking is allowed outside only. $300 will be charged if the house has a smell of smoke. 

We are thankful to be allowed to do short term in this neighborhood but ask that you respect our neighbors by following our house rules.
