This 5-bedroom, 6 bathrooms property is appointed with a one-of-a kind rooftop terrace, exquisite finishes and furniture throughout, heating and cooling pool, hot tub, boat dock, 2 terraces, Sonos system, outdoor kitchen and much more. Perfectly located on a private and gated Island community, less than 10-minute drive to the beach and 20-minute drive to the best of Miami Beach shopping and entertainment.

For your comfort, we provide the following: 

• The villa is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels 
• Welcome amenity provided upon check-in to include bottle of wine, small shower gel for your first night, 2 oz hand sanitizer, and original Nespresso capsules for your first day 
• We personally greet all our guests upon arrival and departure to give you a tour of the villa and an orientation of the home and area 
• Free Wi-Fi 
• Sonos System
• There are 7 TV’s in this home which are located in every bedroom, living and lounge area.  The living room has an 85” TV.  We offer HBO, Showtime, sports channels and more. All TVs are smart TVs with access to Netflix. 
• Wire internet available for business meetings 
• One crib and booster chair available upon request
• The pool company comes once a week to clean the pool, usually on Wednesday, mid-day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks, usually in the morning
• Additional Housekeeping can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information. We require an additional cleaning for stays over seven days to maintain the quality of the villa. 
• We welcome small pets up to 15lbs

Rental Policies: 

• Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old.
• Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
• Smoking is allowed outside only. $1000 will be charged if the house as a smell of smoke
• PLEASE READ: No parties, no drugs, no exception. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the guest and guests party, pursuant to § 82.045 Fla. Stat.( 2018). Owner reserves the right to charge an additional $2000 for any group over 12 people even if no damage is found. Guests are required to sign the house rules. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors at any time; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. No DJs and/or bands are allowed on property at any time. No other device than the one at the property should be used to play music. The villa has been equipped with a noise awareness and the property manager will be alerted if the volume is excessive. 
• No more than 3 cars are allowed and can only be parked within the property lines. No Street Parking. No Speeding.
• The house should not be Advertised anywhere that this listing. No sub-renting allowed.
• No RVs and no commercial vehicles allowed to park.
