A beautiful fully renovated villa with 70ft of bayfront and breathtaking views of open bay and Miami skyline.

This 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms property is appointed with exquisite finishes and furniture throughout, heated pool, jacuzzi, terrace, sonos system, outdoor BBQ and much more. Perfectly located less than 10 minutes driving to the beach and 20 minutes driving to the best of Miami Beach shopping and entertainment.

For your comfort, we provide the following:

• The villa is fully furnished & completely equipped with linens and towels.
• Welcome amenity provided: bottle of wine, shower gel, original Keurig capsules for your first day.
• Free Wifi.
• Sonos System
• Smart TVs in all the bedrooms and living rooms, with access to Netflix– 5 TVs total. 75″ TV in the living room.
• The pool company comes once a week to clean the pool, usually on Wednesday, mid-day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks, usually in the morning.
• Additional Housekeeping can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact the Property Manager for more information. We require an additional cleaning for stays over seven days to maintain the quality of the villa.
• Children welcome.

Rental Policies:

• Our bookings require a minimum age of 25 years old
• Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
• Smoking is allowed outside only. $1000 will be charged if the house as a smell of smoke
• Hot tub is set at 100 degree Fahrenheit 
• PLEASE READ: No parties, no drugs, no exception. Violation of these rules will result in the immediate removal of the guest and guests party, pursuant to § 82.045 Fla. Stat.( 2018). Owner reserves the right to charge an additional $2000 for any group over 10 people even if no damage is found. Guests are required to sign the house rules. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors at any time; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. No DJs and/or bands are allowed on property at any time. No other device than the one at the property should be used to play music. The villa has been equipped with a noise awareness and the property manager will be alerted if the volume is excessive. 
• No more than 3 cars are allowed and can only be parked within the property lines. No Street Parking. No Speeding.
• The house should not be Advertised anywhere that this listing. No sub-renting allowed.
• No RVs and no commercial vehicles allowed to park.
